1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply between 77dk ("we", "platform") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). By accessing the platform through the 77dk website, mobile version or app, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

77dk operates a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated on the principles of fairness, transparency and responsible gaming.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

One Account Only

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Required verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.

Payment Terms

• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same (for security purposes).
• Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus funds can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected with the intent of earning a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed.
• 77dk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• A bonus applies only to the person who opened the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming activities at 77dk are conducted fairly and transparently. Our system uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps the outcome of every game completely unbiased.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated on the game page. 77dk reserves the right to change the betting limits for any player.

Technical Issues

If a bet outcome is affected by a technical fault or disconnection, 77dk will make a decision based on server records. 77dk reserves the right to void incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical fault.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific rules of the sports betting section apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other cricket matches. Separate rules are followed to determine bet outcomes if a match is cancelled or postponed.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77dk platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using software bots, automated systems or hacking tools.
• Deliberately exploiting game glitches or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to artificially manipulate outcomes in collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and any earned bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Management

Closure at User Request

Any user may close their account if they wish. To do so, our support team must be notified by email. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Suspension or Closure by 77dk

77dk may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• On suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• If age or identity verification is not completed.
• On a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

9 Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

77dk bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Software faults from third-party game providers.
• If account details are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to external causes (natural disaster, cyber attack).
• Personal financial loss resulting from gambling.

The user agrees that 77dk's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
